Red Bull Music Academy has helped and nurtured many great avant-garde musicians such as Hudson Mohawke, Aloe Blacc and many more. Jimi Nxir who is recent graduate looks set to follow in their footsteps with his distinctive bluesy R&B tunes that set a psychedelic mood. Bored with his mundane 9 to 5 lifestyle, Jimi decided to broaden his horizons and set off to New York, where he attended the Red Bull Music Academy and met Joshua Kissi of Street Etiquette, who currently represents him and together they are creating a vision that may become a special reality.
